I am a subscriber of Foxtel, no longer on contract, yet I am unable to take advantage of offers which are available to other potential subscribers. I have been told at a couple of kiosks that the best way is to cancel my subscription then a few weeks later take up an offer as a new subscriber.
This does not make sense to me as there is no advantage to you in collecting my IQ AND REMOVING THE DISH.
