They can make an offer much better than anything advertised. I'm currently paying $62 for the complete package (platinum IQ) as foxtel rather keep you as a customer receiving the $62, than you leaving and them getting nothing.

OR you can do the same thing, call to cancel, and wait for the retention team to call you back!! If you are willing to sign up for 12 months they will probably give you the same deal...you just have to ask!

Well…have you spoken to their loyalty dept? They feel as loyal customers that they too should enjoy the special offers that non existing customers do or receive some type of loyalty reward now & then.

This is true with a lot of customers to Foxtel.<br

I have been told at a couple of kiosks that the best way is to cancel my subscription then a few weeks later take up an offer as a new subscriber.
This does not make sense to me as there is no advantage to you in collecting my IQ AND REMOVING THE DISH.

Sir,

I am a subscriber of Foxtel, no longer on contract, yet I am unable to take advantage of offers which are available to other potential subscribers.
